Woodland Reflection Pool Hide Photography
Suitable for all levels of photographer, from seasoned professionals wishing to add to their ever increasing portfolios through to beginners learning the craft and in need of one to one tuition. Whatever your needs we can cater for all.
Situated on completely private land in rural Dorset and surrounded by ancient woodland; therefore eliminating the risk of interruption from ramblers or uninvited passers by, and giving you the perfect opportunity not to miss that “One that got away" image!
The hide itself is just a short 2 minute walk after parking your vehicle. On wet and wintry days the field which is flat can be quite muddy, so appropriate footwear and warm clothing is highly recommended for your comfort. The towns of Wimborne Minster and Ferndown are very close by, both within 3 miles of the site.
Information.
This is a custom built 3 person timber constructed hide, fully lined and insulated for that extra bit of comfort during those cold days that occur way too often in the UK. There is plenty of room within the hide for 3 persons comfortably and also space for your valuable equipment. Our hide is of multi purpose usage and you are not governed to just the one position during your visit, swapping photographic windows is allowed and encouraged. The hide also offers an abundance of space for each individual to move around freely, including plenty of room for all your camera equipment and personal belongings.
Our hides adopt the gimbal head and plate system for your convenience and are supplied for customer use, eliminating the need for clumsy tripods.
Camera's that are not compatible with this system can simply use one of our beanbags which are also supplied within the hides.
We recommend 300mm to 500mm lenses for the woodland pool hide in order to achieve the best possible images from your visit.
Example: 300mm lens with crop sensor - 500mm lens with full frame
All zoom lenses work well and offer versatility...
